PETYPURE Refund Policy

At PETYPURE, your satisfaction and your pet’s comfort are our highest priorities.
We take great care to inspect every item before shipping and ensure a smooth delivery experience.
However, if something isn’t right, we’re committed to resolving it quickly and fairly — no returns required.


🧾 Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

We’re happy to issue a refund or replacement in the following cases:

1. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or does not work properly (e.g., a defective motor or charging issue for our Dog Nail Grinder), please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Send the following details to support@petypure.com:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue

  • A short description of what happened

Once verified, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.
You will not be required to return the defective item.


2. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item, color, or size — or if part of your order is missing — please contact us immediately.
We will confirm the error and either:

  • Ship the correct item right away, or

  • Issue a full refund.

You don’t need to return the incorrect item.


3. Product Out of Stock

If a product becomes unavailable after your purchase, we’ll notify you and provide a full refund or suggest a suitable replacement.


4. Orders Unable to Ship

If your order cannot be shipped due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll issue a full refund promptly.


5. Delayed Orders

If your order takes unusually long to arrive, we’ll investigate with our logistics partners.
Refunds may be issued in cases where:

  • Delivery exceeds 30 days to the USA, Canada, or Europe.

  • Delivery exceeds 60 days to other regions.

(Please note: delays caused by incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages, or customs holds are not eligible for refund.)


6. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it ships for a full refund.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.


7. Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows the package is lost in transit, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra charge.


⚠️ Refunds Not Applicable In These Cases

To keep our operations efficient and pricing fair, we cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The product tracking shows “Delivered.”

  • The address provided was incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable.

  • The customer refused the package or did not pick it up in time.

  • The product was damaged due to misuse after delivery.

  • The product was delivered successfully but is not wanted anymore.


💸 Refund Processing

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.


📦 Returns

To keep things simple and environmentally responsible, we do not require product returns.
All eligible refunds or replacements are handled directly through our support team.
