Petypure offers free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required.


Tracking Information

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package in real time.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.

Petypure cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact our support team. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Pictures of the damaged product
