Shipping Policy

1. Processing (Handling) Time
We carefully pick, pack and dispatch your order from our U.S. fulfillment centre within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).
2. Transit (Delivery) Time
Once your order has shipped, the carrier will deliver it within 6 to 9 business days, depending on your location and carrier transit performance.
3. Estimated Total Delivery Time
From the moment you place your order to arrival, most U.S. customers receive their package within 7 to 12 business days. Delivery to remote regions or during peak periods may occasionally run slightly longer.
4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers including FedEx, UPS and USPS. You will be emailed a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight and destination. Occasionally, we offer free-shipping promotions — these will be clearly shown at checkout.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within 20 business days of shipment, please contact us at Support@petypure.com . We will work with the carrier to investigate and—if confirmed lost—either reship your order at no cost or refund you in full.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to change your address, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.
