1. Purchase Options

• All Petypure™ products are available as one-time purchases only.
• Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
• Certain items may include optional add-ons at checkout, such as protection plans or accessories (when available).
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product, pricing, or promotion at any time without prior notice.

2. Order Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, cancellations are only possible within 6 hours of placing your order.

To request a cancellation, please email us at Support@petypure.com with the following details:

• Full name
• Email used at checkout
• Order number
• Reason for cancellation

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. When Cancellation Is No Longer Possible

We are unable to cancel an order if:

• It has already been processed or fulfilled
• It has already shipped or is in transit
• A tracking number has been created
• The 6-hour cancellation window has passed

If your order cannot be canceled, you may still return it once it is delivered.

4. Changing Your Order (Address or Product Details)

Order modifications (such as shipping address, color, or product selection) can be made within 6 hours of placing the order.

After this timeframe or once your order is shipped, we’re unable to make any further changes.

5. Out-of-Stock or System Errors

In the unlikely event that a product becomes unavailable after purchase:

• You will receive an email notification as soon as possible.
• You may choose to receive a full refund or wait for the product to restock.
• No additional fees will be charged.

6. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

Once a cancellation has been approved:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Processing time typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

7. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our brand, Petypure™ reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of:

• Unauthorized payment use
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Misuse of discount codes or promotional offers
• Irregularities flagged by our payment processor

If this occurs, you will be notified immediately and refunded in full if applicable.
