Order Confirmation
Once you place an order on Petypure, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order.
This confirmation does not yet mean your order has been shipped. Orders are first processed and prepared for shipment before being dispatched.
Payment
All payments are processed securely at checkout through trusted payment providers.
By completing a purchase on our website, you confirm that:
- The payment information provided is accurate and authorized
- You are legitimate holder of the payment method used
Petypure does not store your full payment details.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Once an order has been processed and prepared for shipment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not already been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation request may no longer be possible. In that case, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy once the item has been delivered.
Refused Deliveries
If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and prevent fraud, Petypure reserves the right to:
- Cancel suspicious transactions
- Request additional verification for certain orders
- Refuse service in cases of suspected fraudulent activity
