Refund & Return Policy

At Petypure™, we accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, as long as they meet the conditions below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The product is new, unused, and in its original condition
- All accessories, manuals, and packaging are included
Products that show signs of wear, use, or damage may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for both defective and non-defective items, as long as the product is still new and unused.
3. How to Start a Return
Email us at Support@petypure.com with:
- Full name
- Order number
- Email used at checkout
- Reason for return or exchange
We will provide instructions and a prepaid return label.
4. Return Shipping Fee
Returns are handled by mail using our prepaid return label.
- Return label cost: $9.99
- This fee is deducted from the refund unless the item is defective or incorrect
There are no restocking fees.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.
6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
These returns are fully covered — you will not pay the $9.99 label fee.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Some items may be marked as non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
