At Petypure™, our mission is to ensure you enjoy a positive, worry-free shopping experience. We stand behind the quality of our products and are here to assist if something doesn’t go as planned. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers must contact us before returning any item to obtain return authorization.
Non-eligible items include:
- Used grooming tools (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email us at Support@petypure.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Email address used at checkout
- Product name
- A photo or short video (if defective, damaged or incorrect)
- Brief explanation of the issue
Our customer support team will respond within 24–48 business hours with detailed return instructions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item arrived defective
- The wrong item was sent
In these cases, Petypure™ will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
- Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or item, please request a return and place a new order once your refund is processed.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video showing the issue
We will promptly provide a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
8. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package exceeds the expected delivery window:
- all products: More than 20 Business Days
Please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
If the package is confirmed lost, we will:
- Reship your order at no cost.
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
9. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used grooming tools
- Items damaged through misuse or neglect
- Items returned without prior approval
- Clearance or final sale products (if applicable)
