Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return.
Our team will provide you with the instructions and return address.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customer Returns (Change of Mind)
If you wish to return a product because you no longer want it, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
The item must be sealed and unused to be eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, Petypure will cover the return or replacement.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage product
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
