Why drops and swabs can't finish the job
The ear canal curves 90° before the eardrum. Drops pool at the bend, leaving residue behind. Swabs never reach past the surface.
PureEar Pro delivers ozone gas — it fills the full canal, then decomposes back into oxygen. Nothing left behind.

Frequently Asked Questions?
How does ozone ear care work?
How does ozone ear care work?
PureEar Pro generates a small amount of ozone gas and delivers it directly at the ear opening. Because ozone is a gas, it naturally fills the ear canal space — including past the 90° bend that drops and swabs can't reach. After the session, the ozone decomposes back into oxygen on its own, leaving nothing behind.
Is it safe for my pet?
Is it safe for my pet?
Yes. The device delivers a precisely measured amount of ozone — approximately 0.02mL per session — sized for the small ear canal space of dogs and cats. Ozone is a physical action, not a chemical, and leaves zero residue after decomposing back into oxygen.
How often should I use it?
How often should I use it?
We recommend twice a week as part of a regular grooming routine. Consistent use helps maintain cleaner, fresher ears between grooming appointments.
My cat won't sit still for 3 minutes — what do I do?
My cat won't sit still for 3 minutes — what do I do?
Start at 1 minute using the +/– keys to adjust the session time. Let your cat get comfortable with the device over a few sessions before gradually building up to the full 3 minutes. Most pets become more relaxed with the routine over time.
Does it make noise?
Does it make noise?
PureEar Pro produces a low, quiet hum during operation — quieter than a hairdryer. Most dogs tolerate it well. For cats or particularly noise-sensitive pets, we recommend starting at 1 minute and introducing the device gradually before each session.
How do I position the device correctly?
How do I position the device correctly?
Ease the soft silicone tip gently at the outer ear opening until it seats comfortably in place. The tip is designed to stay at the outer ear — it does not go deep into the canal. Hold the device steady for the duration of the session.
Does it leave anything behind in the ear canal?
Does it leave anything behind in the ear canal?
No. Ozone naturally decomposes back into oxygen after each session. There is no chemical residue, no liquid, and nothing left behind in the ear canal.
Is it suitable for both dogs and cats?
Is it suitable for both dogs and cats?
Yes. PureEar Pro is designed for both dogs and cats. For cats, we recommend starting with shorter sessions and building up gradually as they get comfortable with the routine.
How do I charge it?
How do I charge it?
PureEar Pro charges via the included USB cable. A full charge supports multiple sessions. The device also features automatic shut-off after each session and idles off after 2 minutes of no input to preserve battery life.
